I’m so glad you’re here. It takes time and commitment to start a Hemp routine, but the results are more than worth it. We’re dedicated to helping women find balance in their lives in the face of stress, discomfort, and chronic conditions.  The best way to start taking Hemp is just that – to start taking it daily. Then one of my team’s Dosage Specialists can help you adjust your routine to make Hemp as effective as possible for your needs. We are here for you to find your balance, every step of the way.

Getting started with your Hemp products

1. Start taking Hemp

Once you have your Hemp at home, read our Quick Start Guide (link above). The effects of Hemp are subtle and take time, and there isn’t a one-size fits-all Hemp dose or routine. We recommend keeping a journal so you know when and how your body reacts to dosage changes.

2. Talk to Us

Book a dosage consultation with our team after one week of use. With more information about your life, health goals, and Hemp experience so far, your dosage specialist can make suggestions to make Equilibria work best for you.

3. Stay Consistent

Don’t get discouraged if it doesn’t feel like it’s working right away. Every woman’s body is different and taking Hemp every day is critical to maintaining positive, healthy results. Just like with medications and vitamins, it can take up to 2-3 months to see the full benefits of a balanced body and mind.


If it’s been at least a week of consistent use and you have questions about your dosage or routine, we recommend booking a consultation.

Q: How much do I take to start?

A: On average, our members take about 20mg-30mg Hemp/day. Our Essential+, Calm+, and Relief+ Bundles are popular options for those who are just starting out. With Hemp, the goal is to find the lowest, most effective dose. Once you’ve given this starting dosage a try, you and your Dosage Specialist can work together to tweak your routine. We love to see positive results in the first 2-3 weeks but we see the BEST results after 2-3 months of consistent use.

Suggested Uses

Evening Support

To relax and get ready for bed, we recommend one dropper about an hour before you get in bed. If you have trouble with restless nights, take a softgel with dinner.

Daytime Support + Focus

For daytime support, try taking a softgel with breakfast for an extended release all day. If you’re not a breakfast eater, try using a ½ dropper (5mg/0.5ml) in the morning, and another ½ dropper (5mg/0.5ml) midafternoon. In addition to your morning softgel, or daytime droppers, you can also add in an as-needed ½ dropper (5mg/0.5ml) during peak times of stress.
