I’m not a subscriber—am I still part of the EQ Rewards Program?
Yes! You’re part of our Rewards Program from the moment you create an account with us, and will earn EQ Rewards Points for every order you place in the shop or—if you choose to subscribe—when your subscription order renews.
How do I spend EQ Rewards Points?
EQ Rewards Points can be redeemed toward orders in our Shop at any time. 250 points = $10 to spend.
Your EQ Rewards Points will be available as a payment method at checkout, or on the Edit Subscription screen underneath your Account—just click into Payment Details and indicate that you’d like to redeem your available EQ Rewards Points.
Please note that once you choose to redeem your points, they will immediately become store credit. This action cannot be undone. However, the store credit will remain in your account until you are ready to use it, and will never expire. Points are not redeemable for cash.
How do I reach Silver or Gold tier status and how long does it last?
You will automatically move into the appropriate tier based on the amount spent in a rolling 12-month period. You’ll keep your tier status from the date you qualify through as long as your account stays in the 12-month spend threshold associated with that tier. Dollars spent toward your subscription payment, one-time purchase orders from the EQ shop, and gifts purchased and sent to family and friends all count towards your qualification. Check your progress to Silver or Gold status in the My EQ Rewards tab underneath your Account!
Bronze: Free to join
Silver: Spend $500+ in a rolling 12-month period
Gold: Spend $1500+ in a rolling 12-month period
You have spent $0 and start with Bronze tier status. In less than 12 months, you spend $500+ and immediately earn Silver tier status. You will now keep Silver tier status forever until either A.) you drop below $500 spent in a rolling 12-month period in which case you will return to Bronze tier status or B.) you keep spending and reach $1500+ in less than 12 months in which case you will move into Gold tier status. If you then drop below $1500 in a rolling 12-month period, you will move down to the appropriate tier based on amount spent.
