Who is on the Member Education Team?
The Member Education team is composed of trained educators with a wide variety of academic and professional backgrounds. Some highlights include science, naturopathic, health, and cannabis-related fields.
Our Certified Wellness Coaches understand that proper education and personalized, one-to-one guidance about how our products work is key to success. We are dedicated to not only sharing our wealth of knowledge and experience with our members but to continued internal education as the scientific body of evidence regarding cannabinoid therapy expands.
As educators, Certified Wellness Coaches are not commissioned salespeople, and we are also unable to provide medical advice. We always encourage you to work in tandem with your healthcare provider whenever you’re adding our wellness products into a routine.
Once I have my products, how should I get started?

Once your order arrives, we encourage you to check out our “Product How To’s” Cheat Sheet. It offers comprehensive information about each of our products, including recommended starting dose, and suggestions for when to use the product throughout the day.
When getting started with a new wellness routine, it’s important to keep in mind that we are looking for small, subtle, incremental improvements rather than overnight success. Additionally, we are always looking to find the lowest dose that elicits therapeutic effects.
Once you’ve given your products a try, sign up for a complimentary Wellness Coaching Session with one of our Certified Wellness Coaches who is available to answer questions, help you craft a personalized wellness routine, and ensure you get the most out of your products!
When journaling about my wellness journey, what should I note?
When starting a new wellness routine, it can be helpful to note the dose you took, when you took it, and how you felt before and after. In terms of identifying positive results with your wellness routine, it’s often more about what you don’t see than what you do see.
It takes time to see the benefits of a wellness routine! On average, our members report their BEST results around three months into following a daily, consistent routine; and along the way, we can be on the lookout for small, subtle, incremental improvements. Here are some questions to help guide you toward understanding the small ways functional wellness products start to work:
- Stress management: Were you slightly less reactive during a stressful situation than expected? Has your mood felt more balanced throughout the day? Has the constant buzz of stress become a little less noticeable?
- Quality of rest: Have you noticed more vivid dreams? Are you winding down a little faster than normal? Are you waking up one less time overnight?
- Relieving discomfort: Have you felt less tension than usual? Noticed a reduction in inflammation in any part of your body? Feeling slightly less achy than normal?
Even if you are not using our products to help in one of these areas, any improvement, no matter how small, in any part of your body or mind is a great sign that the routine is headed in the right direction. The insights you glean from journaling will help you and your Certified Wellness Coach work together to create the perfect customized routine for you!
